Hi there, I'm Rhea, originally from Cebu, a mother, wife, IT consultant by day and aspiring pastry chef in between from a beautiful city Singapore (it's always summer here!). Just recently discovered my love for baking and how the colors of sprinkles, scent of vanilla, sweetness of chocolate, texture of flour (the list could go on) elates me and makes me happy that I want to document it in this blog. The feeling is comparable to that of being a royal in the kitchen, so I'm storytelling myself as a Queen here to best describe it (who doesn't want to trade places with Kate Middleton anyways?)
I have no culinary degree and I'll stick to that. I believe that you can learn anything from Google/Youtube and other experts in the realm of internet. I am a living testament to prove its possible and you can too! And its okay to fail (like my 12 failed batches of macarons until I got it right), all part of the fun and learning!
